Meet Nini and Neoterik
Nini Obiaga is an experienced HR professional with close to two decades of diverse experience in the field. She has worked in various industries, including healthcare, non-profit, hospitality, and financial services, and provides her expertise in areas like recruitment, strategic planning, compensation, performance management, employee relations, and workplace investigations.
In 2019, Nini founded Neoterik HR Solutions, to help small and medium-sized businesses gain access to senior-level HR expertise without the overhead of an in-house HR department. Nini enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences to business owners and their teams, combining her expertise with a personable and professional approach and tailoring solutions to their needs and goals. Throughout her career, she has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor, guiding companies through challenging HR situations and providing strategic support to help them build their HR systems, teams, and structure
What does your business help others with?
“We do the HR stuff business owners would rather not do so they stay focused on what they are good at. We help scale businesses with all their people tasks and projects on an ongoing basis or project basis. This means we do recruitment, policies, employee relations, leadership coaching, strategic planning, compensation, documentation, and HR administration including payroll oversight to make sure they have the right structure and the best HR tools to keep their teams engaged.”
What's the biggest challenge about having your own business?
“Doing EVERYTHING. From accounting to marketing to sales and operations. You have your hands in all areas but you learn to let go of things you aren’t so good at over time.”
How did I help you with your business?
“You helped me get more clarity on how to fashion my message on my website and social media handles, Helping with design, and in some cases messaging. You were a sounding board when I needed one in these areas.”

How we helped Neoterik HR with their Online presence
We updated the home page to highlight the business features and who their target market is.
We updated the Solutions page to showcase the services offered with a simple drop-down. This way clients have fewer clicks to get the information they want. As well as a form on the solutions page for quick inquiries.
On the About page, we also simplified this to highlight the process, mission, and values without overwhelming the user with text.
